Recently I bought a brand new Rtx5060, but the experience of using it isn't nice. When I boot my PC it runs perfectly fine for exactly 1 min but then it started to lag. Those lags occur when I do basic tasks such as refreshing, opening a crome tab, opening a folder or picture etc. But at the time of playing a game it runs smoothly and if I do any of those aforementioned things (game is open in the background ) those tasks run perfectly fine.

Have you wiped the driver with DDU? That's always recommended when changing GPU.

Past that OP ought to tell us what grade CPU, ram, etc is in the thing and what vile Windows.

All I can say outright is use a Win debloater tool of sorts to kill all the damn telemetry, AI, and other junk M$ baked into em regardless of anything else and that will help by a mile.

And having anything less than 32GB ram for modern games and such is doing yourself a shot in the foot.
