I dont know if you guys noticed but the VR scene is getting crazy- I think you guys definetly need to listen to me on this one.
We need A VR Gaming section- Then as we enter the section, the sub Sections need to have VR Game modding, Vr Modding Support, and
the most important is VR Ports - In the VR PORT section you need to have these sub sections PCVR and standalone ports

The VR porting section will be the most popular - Trust me; do it like that and we will have millions of new subscribes by 2029-2030
Due to the new headsets coming out this year and next year + The major ports of nintendo games being made so the people gonna wanna know where to get these ports ... GBAtemp need to jump on this quick and early because there no major game forum site thats doing this rite now

Be the first to get the attraction early on from the normies

MARIO 64 VR IS GETTING CRAZY AND CRAZY-

I really can't tell if he's trolling or actually believes that VR blew up in the past 12 months.

Indisputable fact: VR is less popular than it was 6 years ago. Sony is abandoning it. Meta is abandoning it. Apple already abandoned it. Steam is about to release a couple-hundred ill-fated and vastly overpriced Steam Frames just to get a product that has been under developement for too long out the door. Less than 5% of all PC games can be played in virtual reality natively or with official support. NO MAJOR PUBLISHER is working on AAA VR titles right now. Even Valve has no launch title for their ill-fated Steam Frame and, instead, are relying on the six-year-old Half Life Alyx! Now that's being committed to the technology! 🤣

I've got a Quest 3. Love it. But even I know that this is a fad product whose time has passed.
Just like 3D TVs.

GBATemp isn't going to create a dedicated section until there is very significant of discussion that is related to this topic.

If you want talk about VR that is related to specific title like Mario, so you can do in Nintendo section, depending on console version are you playing and if Fable, it would goes to Xbox section.

Guys i'm telling you we need this VR stuff on this website, because this dude just started his VR website in march this year and already gotten over A million in traffic. All he does is repost the VR ports, and PCVR mods on his webiste lol. Just imagine we do that here on gbatemp, this website can easily quadruple that months due to the already high traffic of the website

VR blew up crazy this year when the Ports and decomp tools became Available- If you have A PC you damn near play any game in VR right now from bioshock, to cyberpunk it dont matter.

Theres pcvr and standalone- Standalone is limited because were only using raw power of the headset itself instead of A good PC-- PCVR is way more popular because way more modding support, can play current gen games in VR easily

Yes some modders can port their PCVR mods to standalone but most refuse to because they don't see the point porting to an low powered android chip headset. I like standalone because I like seeing how far they can push the Meta quest headset,
they have HALF LIFE 1/2 + alyx running which should be impossible but its definetly running better than what they shown last month

Also smash bros melee port

While it's all impressive from a techological point of view, I don't see myself playing Melee by awkwardly flailing my arms in a first person view. The fact that some random guy got a million views from posting VR stuff doesn't prove anything. There's a video about putting a simulated fruit fly's brain inside of Minecraft that also got over a million views, that doesn't mean we need a section on fruit flies.
