Hello @Nagaa! Thank u so much for all the work u have been doing, are there any chances to make jak and daxter collection run on vita3K I tried to make it work on Armsx2 but it doesn’t run well

I installed jak I as well as II but it doesn’t work, ratchet and clank works but even on heavy overclock struggles I have an Oled switch I was 1900 cpu, 614gpu, 2000ram. I tried armsx2 on switch but jak run poorly I was hoping to get better chances here

Amagami and Sora no Kiseki the 3rd work perfectly on VITA3k Switch.

About English Patch for both games, DON'T install patch.pkg files because VITA3k always stuck at 90% and cause Switch freeze.

For Sora no Kiseki the 3rd, just install base.pkg file, don't copy patch folder to ux0/patch. Game always crash and back to home menu. Copy and replace rePatch to app for English patch.

For Amagami, you need to copy patch folder to ux0/patch so game recognize patch v1.01, then follow instruction to patch games.

A bit back I noticed the tools Nishishi Translations made and used were released to the public. One thing led to another and now here we are! This was a very fun project to work on compared to other ones I've done as it was possible to alter the game a lot more for some new features.

I have a vita and I'm little bit rusty about installing vita games. I tried instaling directly vpk but I got errors. It only worked one game(Tales of Hearts R: Infinite Evolve [PCSG00163]) and I downloaded for vita3K version. Vita3k modded games are needed to play or can play nonpdrm/vpk version too? Switch version still new and I couldn't find a install guide about it.

Other games just closed instantly with copy paste(dragon's crown etc). Probably I missing someting.

Note: PCSG00163(vita3k version) worked with just basic copy/paste to app folder.

Download game.pkg and work.bin, then copy to same folder. Open Vita3K and choose pkg file for installing. It will take some times, maybe 10 - 15m for installing. It's work for me.

See VITA3k compatibility list so you can check if game work or not.

About applying mod or English Patch, I search for each games. Some games required following instruction for Vita3K, some games just need replace files.

This is awesome. I got everything up and all the files in the right place. One problem I have is the game will boot back to the game select game screen. None of the games will start. I already tired reinstalling the three files three times.

I'm on FW 21.2.0 - AM 1.11.2 - No overclock yet.

Also, I copied the game folders to SD:/switch/vita3k/vita/ux0/app/ (game folders here)
I used NoPayStation to get them

buy game has a red screen you get whenever you transition between one scene to another same as https://github.com/Vita3K/Vita3K/issues/2733

but it was fixed on upstream, maybe samething was missed on port

i did notice when i saved the game there wasn't any text. hope that can be fixed later on.

EDIT: nvm installing the firmware fixed the text issues.

I installed the same game but just show the logo name and be on a black screen forever. what config you are using?

The upstream fix is in the port but it can't work here, it relies on a page-fault write trap and HOS has no resumable page faults, so the dirty flag never gets set

Replaced it with a hash comparison instead of a trap, will needs Surface Sync enabled

Under the same settings, version 1.1.0 has much higher power consumption than 1.0.0 while running. GPU utilization is also inexplicably high, and the screen stutters from time to time.
