Hello Everyone
I brought a defective PS5 slim (rev EDM-040)
First failure was the psu (OV output). After replacing IC32, it work again
Second failure (and that's why i'm here) is the motherboard stay in a BLOD state.
What i've already done :
- Idle Consumption : 0.07A up to 0.221A for 3 seconds ans go back to 0.08A
Nothing particular with UART at this point
- When trying to power on :
2 case :
Case 1 - Infinite flashing blue light => No UART codes. SSD controller (CXD90070GG) seams to be really hot. I mesured with a thermal sensor around 65 degres on top of the die, after only 10 seconds powered on
APU/Rams are warming too, but APU rams are around 40 degres.
I have noticed that Nands seems to stay cold (i can touch them without feeling a heating, witch not comparable to APU ram)
Case 2- Crash after 10 seconds of BLOD. Nothing on screen, like case 1
In this case, i have a UART report : 80801028 Low Know, Unknown 80801028 (SSD) Report Findings OK 00000000 80801028 1B659452 FFFF0005 10000100 2013 0036 31AB 2168:2D)
Clearing codes and try to reboot send me alternatively in case 1 or 2 (Case 2 is really more difficult to obtain)
I mesure DA9065 and DA9081, nothing special with voltage or diode/resistance values.
Any idea for what to do next?
Thanks a lot!
