Ive been hungry for good 3ds rpgs for a while now, and im greedy so i want all of em!

Radiant Historia - Released on the DS, but there is a 3DS version and a really good game.
Stella Glow
Project X Zone 2 - Strategy crossover with Capcom, Namco Bandai, and Sega characters
Etrian Odyssey series
Persona Q/2
Rune Factory 4
Lord of Magna

There's plenty more but those are a good mix and should keep you occupied for a while.

DS has some solid ones you may have missed.
Golden Sun: Dark Dawn was great.
A number of Dragon Quest games are on DS, those are good too, especially check out DQ 4-6.

i can recommend final fantasy tactics advance 2
as well as valkeryie profile covenant of the plume
The 2 best RPG's on 3DS are Bravely Default and Bravely second
Idk about bravely second but without spoiling: chapter 4 onwards of bravely default will really make or break for newcomers.

It ruined Bravely Default for me. Screw the true ending, it's not worth it. I get what they were trying to go for but it just isn't fun. They could have trimmed out all the filler or at least made the content more different.

I'd personally recommend any Etrian Odyssey, which basically taught me resource management and party composition in RPGs, and Bravely Default/Second, which became my gateway JRPG right after Pokemon.

I have also heard great things about SMT IV and Rune Factory 4, so feel free to check them out.

I think it really comes down to how much you value the character moments. It worked for me, but I see how people can get fed up.

it's your opinion, for me bravely second is my favorite of the duology and really liked the end of the story!
