Hey guys new guy here. I want to know if this Asian version Super Mario Bros NES cartridge authentic or not? I bought it for 70,000 IDR ($4.15)

Couldn't tell you without seeing the inside, but the shell and label look authentic enough, that is fairly easy to fake though.
 
These are official NES cartridges released for the Asian market, particularly Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. It's not-so easy to find them nowadays and are quite rare, and to my knowledge, no such clones of these carts were made, so they should be original. Original carts always have the usual security screws, and if it were cross-head Philips like the above person stated, then that's a telltale sign that something is up.
