Misc Is it possible to transfer pokemon to home from R4 cartridges

I recently bought R4 cartridge with pokemon games, and i want to transfer them into pokemon home. Is it possible or will it not be possible because it is not an authentic copy?
 
Only if you have hacked 3DS. Copy sav files to 3ds, then use patch on pokemon transporter to make it read that sav file instead of cartridge
 
Or U will need another ds/3ds with a legit copy of a compatible pkmn game then send Ur mons from the r4 game to the legit one and from there take the normal route

thanku for taking the time to reply, could u kindly elaborate, i tried to look in youtube but there is no explanation to it

Take your 3DS. Install CFW if it's not installed already.
Put SAV file from R4 to 3ds's SD card somewhere.
Install PKSM

Add your save in PKSM. In scripts menu find PokeTransporter redirect. Activate it.
After that poketransporter should read Data from that SAV file.

it looks bit complicated, im really new to this modded stuff, so the poketransporter will be used from the modded 3ds?

Yes. Poke transporter is 3DS app. Normally it reads inserted Pokemon Black/White/2 gamecart and transfers Pokemons from it to Pokemon Home. But with patch on modded 3DS is can be modified to read data from .sav file copied from your R4/emulator/etc.

so let us say i want to transfer pokemon from heart gold or platinium to black or black 2, but the heart gold or platinium will be used with delta emulator on my iphone and the 3ds console wether modded or not will work with rom save, thats what u mean right?

Are you asking if an unmodded 3DS could somehow do something with ROMs or "rom saves"? Because of course not. Nintendo would never allow that.

There's no way at this point of getting Pokemon Transporter on an unmodded 3DS anyway – at least, not without an NNID that was previously used to download it.

For transfer between HGSS/DP/P to B/W/2 just use two emulators simultaneously running on PC.
3DS is needed to move pokemons from B/W/2 to further generations

where can I access the scripts menu because I am doing it right now and I can't find anything

alright, for the people that may ask, in PKSM pick one of the 2 titles, Pokemon Black 2/White 2, go to the scripts section and press the Y button, you'll see a diferent list of scripts there, once you see that scroll all the way down until you see a script called poke-transporter-redirect and press A on it and boom there you have it, now you should be able to transfer pokemon from Black 2 and White 2 into Poke Transporter into Pokemon Bank
 
Even simpler solution. If you have X/Y, Sun/Moon or US/UM? Dump the save from your GBA or DS Pokémon title, import the save in PKSM and send the Pokémons you want to transfer to your 3DS game.

Then you can use Bank to transfer to Home.

I think you would need to legalize them first, because I was trying to legalize some pokemon I transfered but I can't seem to do that
