Tales of the Abyss maybe? I seem to remember it being pretty popular when it came out. There's a few Inazuma Eleven games on the 3DS too.
E.X. Troopers is a real gem. I would have never discovered it if not for the English translation efforts.
Personally, 3DS is best. Code of Princess EX while can be modded doesn't have dub, and it really messes with the mechanics of the game to where it made it kinda... not fun. But I guess both versions can be played.

I had heard about that, my thing is that there was somethin' IIRC wtih the bosses that makes the game very unfun, and also a gameplay change where theres static level ups, you can't spec characters how you want anymore.
