Homebrew Question  Thread 'Clean up orphaned nca files from (emu)NAND'

Hi All,

I tried to install some NSP files (SX OS/Tinfoil) to the NAND storage, but for some reason this went wrong. Some NCA files where copied, but the installation was not finished. Thereby no game is available for removal freeing up the space taken by the NCA files.
Now I have only 122MB free of 32GB and no games installed on the NAND.

Is there a way/tool which do not install but remove the NCA files used by the NSP?

That doesn't do anything that DBI does.

I have one from when I buy each one of my console. and I make a full backup of my SD Card each time I upgrade Atmosphère, as I am using a File Based EmuNAND a copy of my NAND each time.

It would be easy to test this theory for anyone interested - do a backup in Hekate, run DBI on EmuNAND, do another backup (all without loading into SysNAND to avoid any changes in there). See if any data has been modified in the SysNAND dump compared to the previous one.
