From UnlockSwitch's twitter:

Unfortunately, we were caught off guard by disruptive behavior and persistent attacks from a small number of individuals.Regrettably, we engaged with these provocations, which compromised the level of professionalism we aim to maintain. We sincerely apologize for our handling of the discussions regarding cryptocurrency payments. Rather than addressing the community’s legitimate concerns, our communication shifted toward social media exchanges, which was not the appropriate response. We recognize the need for improvement and are committed to exercising greater diligence in managing such situations moving forward. With that said, we would now like to shift focus back to the key issues at hand:Over 3000 people took part in the poll about preferred payment options for the upcoming UnlockSwitch sales. We’re excited to announce that the following payment methods will be available: • Credit or debit cards (Visa/Mastercard, etc.) • PayPal • USDT cryptocurrency, which will be optional.Production is already in progress, including PCB manufacturing, case’s, custom cable production, component purchases…Please note that NO sales will occur before the completion of testing and validation with our random external Beta Testers/YouTubers/Reviewer’s —there will be NO pre-orders or early sales.

Any reliable places with CC to buy a dumper and cart for Aussies not Aliexpress as Aliexpresses last mile courier refuses to deliver parcels to any one in Australia and had to argue with Aliexpress for a refund and needed to do a charge back as aliexpress only uses Fast horse Express Australia to cut costs :'(
It’s really not that bad. I’ve had about 10 deliveries with fast horse and apart from the couriers being stupid i still get my parcels.

Depends on how you'll use it.

If you're making full backups of your own games and placing them on MIG Switch, therefore using MIG Switch as intended, you'll be good.

However, if you intend to use publicly available dumps (preferably full, not mixed i.e. XCI and initial data from one game, the other certs from another, donor game), there's a risk that you might get your console banned, especially if there's someone else playing the same game at the same time. I'm not sure if staying offline matters in that case, not sure if telemetry collects data about when and which game you've played. If your console is banned, you'll be able to get game updates: 1) if they are available on the official cart or 2) by matching the version locally with another Switch that has the game on a higher version. DLC, however, will be available only if it's on the cart already or you've legally downloaded it from the eShop before you got banned. Note that, even if your console is banned, you can still and will receive firmware updates.
This is an interesting one. I know people that have been using full online dumps for months with no ban yet. I have a few questions myself about the telemetry. Firstly I wonder how detailed the telemetry was on firmware available before the mig was ever released and if a factory reset would wipe all telemetry.

Lack of trustworthy reports doesn't really help determine whether using full online dumps is safe or not, so I'd say it's better to be on a safe side. Do your own research, check with people you trust and make a decision yourself.

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about that. Someone else might be able to help you out. I'd check this thread for more info.

if a factory reset would wipe all telemetry
Unfortunately, it won't wipe telemetry logs because, as far as I know, factory reset clears the USER partition of the sysMMC, not the SYSTEM where telemetry is being stored. But even if you do wipe all the telemetry and connect to the Nintendo servers at some point later on, it would cause a log mismatch and flag you for ban at best. The best case would be if it was possible to check what logs Nintendo has of your console and to erase them up until that point in the past only or block telemetry altogether without blocking anything else (e.g. eShop access, NSO, etc.).

The only way to "clear" the telemetry after you've done some hacking and stuff and not get banned in the process of doing so is to make a clean backup of your sysMMC before you do something you shouldn't usually do, including risky stuff like online dumps for the MIG Switch and alike, and restore it only if you've never connected to the Nintendo servers afterwards (stayed offline, used 90DNS or DNS MITM). Unfortunately, if you don't have a modded Switch, you can't do it unless you mod your Switch first, therefore using risky dumps on a MIG Switch on an unmodded Switch is something I wouldn't recommend unless you don't mind getting your console banned or it's already banned. Or modded, but then again why do you need a MIG Switch on a modded console? Only if you'd like to play your own backups online on stock firmware, while leaving all the hacking stuff to the emuMMC, I guess.

MIG Switch is 2nd best thing for piracy on all but unpatched Switches (ipatched, v2s, Lites and OLEDs), modchip being the first of course. Having a modded Switch as well makes updating games somewhat easier (matching the versions locally).
