Question sur un probleme 3ds

Hello, I'm new to this forum and something strange happened to me:
When I turn on my 3Ds, the screen freezes on gray flash, won't start but the Internet light flashes several times.
I fixed the problem by restoring a NAND but I don't know what happened that day. You have an idea ?
