Couldn't find a better forum to ask this in so here it goes:
I've purchased a Taotronics SoundLiberty 92 earphones a while ago and they were working just fine until the other day when the left one started having issues with the sound. The sound can still be heard coming from it, but it's volume is noticeably lower and now I hear the cracking sound as well whenever the high notes hit, I guess. Not sure if I've explained it well. The other one's working just fine.
I've tried resetting them by putting them inside the case and holding the reset button i.e. the usual way they suggest on their website, but that didn't fix the issue.
I really take care of my stuff and I don't think that I've ever dropped them or something. I even have a protective case for them in which I keep them all the time.
Any ideas what might be the issue?
