Hardware Why does my 3DS take so long to turn off?

It seems badges on Pretendo Network are broken, I injected my own badges using GYTB, and since after that, I started experiencing long time shutdowns, which sometime took over a minute but after turning 3ds back on all the badges vanished, however the issue persist.

I could be wrong lol, but this is when it actually started taking longer time to shut down for me.

Also happened to me on my New 3DS after I installed Pretendo, too.

A slower shutdown speed after installing Pretendo seems to be normal.
