Hacking Cannot Connect to Wi-fi through CFW (Atmosphere)

So a little bit of context: I've never tried connecting my CFW to Wi-Fi; however, I'm currently trying to enable Wi-Fi so I can run Linkalho and spoof a NNID to play VCs. Initially I didn't expect it to never connect, so I blocked DNS from /hosts/ and setup exosphere for incognito, but I've deleted all of the DNS and have also removed exosphere but it's still not connecting.

Any thoughts? -- I've looked through threads but nothing too helpful so far. Appreciate you

FYI, I didn't remove the hosts files, I just deleted all of the contents within 'default.txt','emummc.txt','sysmmc.txt'.

I also read somewhere that it isn't connecting to Wi-Fi because Atmosphere implemented "dns.mitm" or something? -- I'm not too sure what it is, but maybe it has something to do with it? Where do I find this so I can disable it! Thank you.

dns.mitm is under (yourSD):\atmosphere\config\system_settings.ini

So I tried this but still no work! I also tried various combinations of dns.mitm, incognito, wifi+DNS, and hosts implments but none of them worked
