Nintendo is striking Sigpatches updater, maybe could be it, no idea and I never used it...
You have to enable it in the settings afaik.
I have the same situation. I think it could be the version of AIO ?
I used to have it on my old version one switch (before it died) and didnt record it anywhere

because as per Nintendo sigpatches are piracy, so everybody is getting far of them, you can download manually from:
