Hello

I would like some assistance. I recently tried to use my PSVITA to access the playstation store. I wanted to download some games to my system to dump using nonpdrm for the PSvita 3K emulator. But it won't let me. For the record, my system was already activated, at least 4 years ago with no issues. It worked just fine and everything, but it won't now.

I went to the playstation account on the website, and deactivated all systems, then tried to activate all them one by one. PS4 is active, PS3 is active, PSvita still not. I can "Sign In" to my account, but can't activate or access playstation store. I even tried to use ps3 to copy games to the psvita, won't work either. I don't know why. Just that it can't connect to server with Error code (Nw-8942-3)

For the record, I'm using 3.60 Henkaku version 11. The option to enable PSN spooofing and Version Spoofing is on with the spoof version set to 3.74. (Before anyone ask why I haven't use enso, I just didn't, I done the CFW long time ago) If there is a way to fix this, it would be helpful. I would prefer to get this solved before trying to install enso. :ninja:

Previously, as far as I remember, iTLS-Enso was needed for this (well, apparently Enso itself too).
Although something else may have changed in the meantime.

I had a problem with this. My PSVita was stuck on my PSN Account, where I knew my username and password but it wouldn't accept it. So, even though I had my username and password, there was no getting into it on the PS Vita.

I activated my PSVita by using Simple Account Switcher, to remove the old PSN Account, then create a new account and link that.

After that, there was a method to individually restore Trophy compatibility for each game, but, since I didn't mind losing the saves of my games at the time, just deleted the saves for all of my games.

Now my Vita is activated and all games have correct Trophy support.

I'm accessing the PSN store fine. I am using the latest Enso with the iTLS patch. I can't remember if I am using my PSN password or if I had to create a separate device ID password but one of the options works.

I had the same problem (well, almost the same). Here's something that worked for me...

1) Go to your (troubled) PSN account on your computer. Go into account management and select "security" on the left side bar.

2) Disable 2-step verification.

3) Click on "Generate Device Setup Passwords".

4) Take the password it gives you (case sensitive), and plug it into your Vita while you are signing in.

5) This SHOULD give you access to PSN on your Vita. So, download a free game or demo to make sure it's working.

6) Once the download is complete, restart your Vita. Sign into PSN on your Vita. You MAY OR MA NOT have to sign in with the generated password. If it doesn't recognize your password, use the same generated password you got from PSN on your computer.

7) This should fix all errors of trying to sign in or get access to PSN on your Vita. Also, going forward you should be able to use your original password.

Tell us how it goes! :toot:
