I was transferring files over to another SD Card to increase the storage on my 3DS. However I noticed that one of the sub-folders in the Nintendo 3DS folder was corrupted. I don't know what to do, should I just keep using my small SD Card. It's only one subfolder and the rest of the SD Card is fine. My 3DS works fine and I haven't encountered any errors on my 3DS.

EDIT: I used Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier to copy the files to a folder on my desktop and copied them over to the new SD Card and it works fine.

You should try to fix this asap man
It may not be causing trouble now, but it will at somepoint, if some interaction ocurrur with the files from this folder it may fuck up your entire SD card, or even block your 3DS, who knows what kind of shit corrupted data can do.
Can you simply delete the folder? Before doing this make a backup, save it somewhere in your computer and then delete it from the SD card, insert it onto your 3DS and see what happens.

The folder seems to be gone from the SD Card now when I copied the files to the other SD Card. I skipped the folder and it seems to be gone.
