I have the same RCM Loader dongle i am using dragonboot just rename the payload to payload.bin and copy to your rcm loader. It looks for the payload in sd:/atmosphere/reboot_payload.bin
Hello, Thanks for the solution.
Three noob question:
1_ What should I copy on the root of the uSD card ?
- the zip file ?
- the whole unzipped files and folders ?
Not unless you’re useing a loader other than Hekate. Hekate will work great without renaming anything.
Please read this from the release notes:
You can choose to update your RCM injection device or PC with the new hekate_ctcaer_x.x.x.bin or not.
In any case, bootloader/update.bin, will be checked and if newer it will get loaded.
update.bin is hekate and it is already copied with the bootloader folder drag n drop update process.
3_ The first thing I need to do after I enter Hetake is to partition the uSD card to prepare for emuMMC.
This will erase hetake files.
On which partition should I copy them back ?
When starting off fresh you partition with Hekate and since you have < 1G of data Hekate will temporarily store the contents of your FAT32 partition in memory and automatically restore your data to your SDCard after it’s done partitioning. No need for you to do anything extra unless you have more than 1G worth of data. It‘s a bonus feature that works really well.
Here’s a guide that should fill in any blanks for you:
unzip the latest Hekate.x.x.x.zip from here -------------------------------------- to the top level of your SDCard.
