arm9loaderhax, also known as a9lh, is what was used before boot9strap. You've clearly either had it in the past or currently have it, judging by the arm9loaderhax.bin file on your SD

No, those are stored elsewhere. These are console specific backup files, do *NOT* delete them

Actually, since the console specific files are there, b9s is most likely installed already, though, just an old version

"boot.firm" seems to already exist on the SD card. Don't you mean replace it or add it as a payload?
That only tells me that, once again, your SD card is at fault. Can you send a screenshot of the properties tab of the SD card?
