what should be done before formatting the ps4?
after formatting and reinstalling the games I want to pick up where I left off in the games
on ps3 i had apollo
on ps3 before formatting I would run apollo then hdd saves then press X on savedata then copy save game then copy save to usb 0 and I would do that with all savedata
then I would format the ps3 reinstall the games then run apollo and copy the savedata from the pendrive to the ps3 hdd
the savedata would not work

easiest way to get everything back (which I've done before) is to put all games on an external hdd (extended storage), backup your saves with account activated (the official way), then you can copy trophies, but I forgot the location other than it's in the user partition. they should be easy to find. backup your app.db at least, then hex replace (ctril+h) the old user account (in decimal format, will be numeric that appears next to each tbl of app.db. replace it with the new one, because the user id will change. this is not to be confused with the account id (they're different). the account id will not change, plus you'd need that to import your saves. anyway, doing that will retain your sorting, if you care about that. all this should take very little time, aside from copying games to extended storage. however, if you have a backup of your app.db, you may not need to copy them, just change the user id or the system will say the database is corrupted.

the thermal paste wears out if the ps4 is on all day long
even running the fan at full speed
I put 40°C it consumes a lot of thermal paste anyway
then what should i do? turn on the ps4 load the karo218 and do the modification

I do this
I only delete the games that I have played little are many
the others like horizon f w I don't delete them because I almost finished them
i don't format i do the procedure
pc can stay on for hours but ps4 can't
I rest the ps4 because my ps3 I didn't rest it and it wore out the thermal paste it turns itself off
I don't want to go back to this problem with the ps4

Well, my suggestions will even work with a new hdd. If it has a heat problem, you should either try cleaning it or pay someone to do it for you.

Bene, i miei suggerimenti funzioneranno anche con un nuovo hdd. Se ha un problema di calore, dovresti provare a pulirlo o pagare qualcuno che lo faccia per te.
what should i do with the ps4?
I have an exfat external hdd should I format it?
I went into the control panel of my windows 10 pro pc
I don't have the framework I don't have java I don't have visual c
what do i need to make the programs work?
what happened to me on ps4 never happened to me on ps3
Does this happen on ps3 too?
