Maybe. I've converted a few other CIAs using this tool and the file size increases for others as well when converting to .cci/.3ds. I'm assuming it's because CIA files are compressed in some way vs. raw cart files but curious to hear others'...
I used HackingToolKit to repackage a CIA (DQ8 orchestra patch). This tool seems to decrypt it just fine. However when converting it to .3ds file format, the file size grows from 3.45GB to 4GB...anyone know what would cause this?
