I tried putting my legit Celebi .pkm file from SoulSilver, fixed the name and OT and all that in this program.
The game seems to detect that the boxes get modified with the AR code. Probably because it's noticing the Movie Celebi specifically. It gives a blue/black screen with text on it, and I have to shut off the game.

Here are the codes for anyone interested.
Make sure there is nothing in Box 5 slot 1.

The place for this event I think is in Hiun City and in the Blue Building on road on the right of the PKMN Center. It is not activating though

I know, but activating the code itself is the problem here, not where the event is.
Unless you were posting that for everyone else, then yeah.

That's the one I am using. I think it has to be transferred to the game via Pokeshifter, or whatever the Beast/Celebi thing is, for the event to be able to activate.
Oh well.

That's right, in order to activate the Crown Beast/ Celebi event you need to transfer the pokemon from the pokeshifter.

When you make a pokemon with that kazo's tool you only add the pokemon to the box in order to play, but neither the game or the pokedex will recongize the pokemon.

You have several options, the patch for union room or wifi is already posted, so you can do 2 different things

1.- try with a friend and exchange that pokemon from 1 version to another to activate the event.

2.- (Only guessing, but may work)... Try to upload that pokemon to the gtc on black or white and then remove it from gtc before someone chose for a change... If you do that correctly, can be possible that pokedesx and game entries will very the event and activate that in order you can use it.

Doesn't work (well, at least for me). GTS tells you something if you want to "upload" Celebi..
