<font color="blue">A:</font></b> You sure can. The easiest way to do so is to use either Rudolph's Slot-2 dumper (you'll need a Slot-2 flashcart) or Rudolph's Wi-Fi dumper (you'll need a Wi-Fi connection and a computer). There are other methods, but these are the easiest.
