I think that this game has been stolen...why i know it? Because i am the dumper of it.

And i did not send it to ONEUP, i send it to another team...

So, could it be marked as NUKED, due to all of this?

I have proofs if you need.

I was that unnamed, who posted the game in his website (I am not going to say wich for not breaking the rules) after sending the rom to the team that i usually send my releases

While I'm sympathetic to you getting "ripped off" (it's a travesty when pirates get pirated) I don't see how it's GBAtemp's fault so I don't see why they'd be the ones to "nuke" it. If anything, why not take it up with OneUp as well as whoever you sent your rip to in the first place (who seems to have left it laying around for others to find.)
