Usb loader gx stays on initialize usb device

It will load on other usb but not the one i want it to load

Sorry, you giving very low information. And for sure you will find a lot of threads with similar described problem and solution. I also extra wrote this USB Loader GX Troubleshooting guide
BTW if your using a Flashdrive, -stick, -pen or Cardadapter, some work with USB LoaderGX and a lot not.

I had this issue at one point and it turned out the forwarder channel was outdated (it worked fine launched from HBC)

It didnt work i think it has something to do with the usb stick

The latest version from the forwarder channel is 5.1 from 2012/13. So i will think he is using it.

USB Sticks have very bad compatibility for use with USB Loader GX. If you formated it with guiformat to fat32 with 32kb sectorsize and checked it already with Powershell for errors with chkdsk X: /r. You might try wbfs filesystem on it, but it only supports Wii games.

I randomly get this issue sometimes with my USBloaderGx. I think its because I have the weird modded version thats installed as a channel only. Rebooting it usually solves it
