Hardware 3DS XL/LL Won't Load Certain Games

Hi I’m having the same issue. Do I click format from system settings?

I don’t want to brick my system it’s a pink 3ds LL I region swapped after homebrew and the physical games don’t work on it either. Please help me.

Yes. Backup any installed games and saves before doing so.

All your carts don't work in-region and out-of-region ones? Did the in-region ones used to work for you before doing the region change?

No it said it can only play the region based games. Whenever I turn on Pokémon moon it makes a pop sound then freezes. How can I backup my save data?

Freeze? So it's not a black screen you get after launching the game?
How and when does it freeze, does it display anything when it freezes?
Anyway, Moon is an extended me game, it wouldn't work in your region changed system without doing a system format first. Also, i assume it's a US/EU copy you're using?

How can I backup my save data?

With Checkpoint. Obviously you have to have played a game and have a save on it..
