What does it mean when PSX games are labeled (T)?

I'm looking through a list of roms that exist for PSX games, a bunch of them are labeled like "LSD - Dream Emulator (T)" instead of the more typical "Metal Gear Solid (USA)". What on earth is this supposed to mean? There is no region that starts with T.

T = translated. Given LSD: Dream Emulator never got released officially in the US, it's probably a pre-patched ISO with the unofficial translation.
