I was told by the other guy to rename my nand.bin to slccmpt.bin

Not sure what other file you're referring to.
not sure, that's what I'm trying to figure out:

How big is the nand.bin? Should be 512 MB.
the slcmpt is 528MBs actually. 512 sounds like it's missing certain blocks, which you can repair with the wiiu nand tools. the original dumper didn't dump the slcmpt or slc correctly. it did dump the mlc correctly though.

I didn't read all posts, but did you try decaffeintator? it wipes the vwii, then you update the system, which will redownload it.
I tried that. Does nothing. Went into Advanced Mode and said yes to everything. Said cannot delete 'tik' for everything.

Is there any way I can provide you guys with a report to just show you what's wrong?

I guess, maybe @GaryOderNichts knows why it's not working. I'd suggest decaffeinator if you don't know what's wrong, but if that doesn't work, I dunno. I've never used it nor had any issues with the vwii.

actually, it's 540,672, though the nand.bin is one KB larger to equal what you said. both slc and slcmpt are the same size iirc. I don't know why there's a size difference.

Only two files showing there right now are the keys.bin and slccmpt.bin
that's probably why you can't restore the nand.bin. you might try delete everything from the backupmii down to the bottom, saving (it will make a backup), then renaming to slcmpt.bin

yep, that's right. I just tested deleting that portion. now, they're exactly the same size:

But where's the Back up Mii?
you need to drop the nand.bin into a hex editor. go to the bottom, scroll up a bit. at the line where it says backupmii console id: delete it all the way to the bottom. check if it's the size of the picture above by byte.

read the post above yours. I don't know if it will work, but I think it should if nothing is wrong with the nand.bin.

When you say nand.bin you mean slccmpt.bin since I don't have that nand.bin file any more?

how big is your slcmpt.bin? I actually thought you only had the nand.bin, so nm that part.
