The reason they mentioned it not working is because Golden Sun Dark Dawn is known not to work with nds-bootstrap at all. So you won't be able to play it, regardless of whether you're using a forwarder or TWiLight Menu++.

Any other game should work, but I'm not sure what's going on in your end.

I say wait for the next release which has some related bug fixes.

iirc, RocketRobz told me that it's one of the overlays that makes Golden Sun: Dark Dawn not work. we don't know if it's compressed or not either, which makes it difficult to fix. he said it wasn't impossible though, just difficult.

do you see your python directory in C:\ ? Try 4th option click on other and type in path where your python is also make sure your 3ds sd card is in pc. Generator directory is in your YANBF

Ok I checked the log files, and it says:
Sat Mar 12 2022 17:00:08 GMT-0500 (Eastern Standard Time): C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python310\python.exe: can't open file 'C:\\Users\\admin\\Desktop\\YANBYF\\generator.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

I checked "C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python310", and the python.exe does exist

ANd inside of "C:\Users\admin\Desktop\YANBYF\generator", the generator.py does exist as well

Is generator.py inside a generator folder? It looks like the GUI is looking for it not in a generator folder, try setting the path again in the GUI.

can you run the cmd again and what it says on bottom of screen see if it say your python is lower than it require and it will say excalty address where your python is.

you dont worry about what it require to update your python just see if it will show

think ID0 is referring to the ids in the Nintendo 3DS folder on your sd card. there seems to be more than one account, and it may be confusing the app.

the ID0 is a 32 digit file name under your 3ds folder which holds all your games, saves, and the such. Tis why you will not see it right off unless you go looking.

Ill check that in the morning to confirm but i do have another back up sd card after i installed luma on my internal 3ds then copied to bigger sd card. Maybe it is hidden view too. Ill check if it is hidden view too.

- You use the same SD card in more than one 3DS family console
- You did a factory reset at one point

Figure out which one is your ID0 and remove the other one.

I only have 1 ID folder in my "Nintendo 3DS" Folder

I only own 1 3DS

I have not factory reset anything

If anyone is interested I made a custom banner for Chrono Trigger. For the sound I used "gainHp.wav" I found on the internet archive (Chrono Trigger sound effects). No custom icon (I don't mind the one extracted from the nds)
