So after trying to get my Cartridges to read (yes I disabled AutoNoGC it didn't work) and seeing my H.O.S was 6.2.0 somehow and I couldn't boot to OFW and didn't know how to proceed I decided to update to 13.2.0 with daybreak (FAT32) from 11.0.1
Then this stuff happened, booting from fusee causes these patterns to show on the screen and in one of them you can see Nyx if you squint, it's unresponsive and all I can do is go to sleep and back on until I force a shut down, I may have some really old NAND backups somewhere if they can help but those burnt fuses say 7/6 so that's where I got the idea that I could really be screwed

Edit: I Can't seem to reproduce this anymore but I was getting an atmosphere crash error because of mission control which I've resolved
I can launch CFW once again but not OFW, nor can I play my carts

The maker of Hekate mentioned the issue of not being able to boot OFW from Hekate :
That's because you have 13.0.0.
Stock mode needs exosphere from atmosphere and that needs to support the keys of a new version.
The version of atmosphere that has an exosphere that supports 13.0.0 keys is 1.1.0.
And because 0.19.5 is old, you should check on how to update your hekate_ipl.ini for atmosphere 1.0.0 and up. (editing fusee-secondray.bin to package3)
https://issueexplorer.com/issue/CTCaer/hekate/663

The firmware for the cartreader has also been upgraded in FW12.
You need to enable the cartreader and then it should automatically be updated.
Note that both Hekate and Atmosphere have their own setting : AutoNoGC and nogc.
For Atmosphere it also changed where you had to put that setting.
Correct me if I'm wrong but now it should be nogc = 0 under [stratosphere].
I don't use Hekate so you'll have to check whether AutoNoGC should be 0 or 1.

Thanks, the stratosphere tip saved my carts, now I won't have a need to go back to OFW, it confused me because the config template was there but not the config
