I downloaded a NA Kirby Battle Royale CIA and its update data off of hshop onto my old 3DS, but it just shows the 3DS splash screen and then crashes. No error message or anything. I've tried importing the seed, redownloading the CIA files from different sources and Luma3DS Locale Emulation, but nothing works! I changed my 3DS region from Japan to NA if that helps.
I can't say for sure what the issue is, as I’m unfamiliar with region changing but this seems simiar https://gbatemp.net/threads/black-screen-on-pokemon-sun-moon-on-3ds-region-changed.453374/ You could always try the 3ds modding discord if all else fails, there’s some really helpful people in there. I had a iPhone 5 for like 6 years, till last year, and had to get new phone, when phone companies stop using the cdna networks, which the iphone5 used.
