maybe you should share with others you selfish idiot

Are you seriously acting that entitled? Thats a new low, even seen on this forum...

These are released privately for a short time so they can be tested. Selfish? Yea... all the time and effort I spent working on it... for selfish reasons...

I didn't expect this to be my entertainment at 1am on a Saturday but here we are. Links go up, links go down, child gets angry lol.

Either way, looking forward to the full release when it drops.

Yea... there was a lot of changes in this version, and as a result I'm sure its going to be buggy. Giving it to people who support me or give back to the community with discussion for a day or two is just needed to weed issues out...

It's the people like him that are why I regret ever coming back to this forum...and perhaps working on CaVE again at all...

But... despite that, yes. This WILL be release shortly. This isnt just for a select few. I just want to reward people in some small way, and get the major issues ironed out before going public and otherwise getting tons of people experiencing issues and flooding everywhere with asking for help.

EDIT:

Thank you Issac!

Anyway...

I guess I regret not posting more news, sooner...

But N64 support has made progress. I figured out enough of the dtz stuff to start getting some games to boot. It wont be easy or average user friendly to create the cfg files for games, so this will require premade dtz files carefully created by the more skilled members of the community.

Today i planned on working on a list of links so that when CaVE 1.3 is publically released, there are a few games supported in some fashion right out of the box.

ATM, the list of games I have personally gotten to boot are...

  • OoT MQ
  • Doom 64
  • Super Smash Bros.
  • Majora's Mask
  • Banjo-Kazooie
  • F-ZERO X

And a few other games by RetroGamer and others.

There's a lean towards first party games, simply because they are easier to find the hacks for.

I'd really appreciate if you were able to get pokemon snap and paper mario working for injecting into NSO as i dont think we'll see those games added anytime soon and would love to play them sooner rather than later. But understand that youre already busy with other games as it is but it would be greatly appreciated :) thank you for all your hard work already it is greatly appreciated
