OK, I was born in Milwaukee, Wi. but now live in Texas. (My 29th residency). I turn 65 in a few weeks, I'm now happily single. The info on the game that I'm looking for is as follows: I first played it way back on Win 95, it is a 3D maze with red brick walls, golden flooring, big rats, and multiple levels. I do have an image of the game but I do not know how to display it here.

I do wish to thank you all in advance.

It could be Ken's labyrinth, by the brilliant Ken Silverman: the freeware prototype of what would later be BuildEngine, and also a forerunner of Wolfstein3d.
I played it too, back in the nineties (assuming it's the right one).

But it's for DOS, not Win95:
