Hacking Ps3 Hen how I change the hdd for a new one

Hey. On my ps3 super slim the games take time to load and the sound is not synchronized with the video, I think the hdd is with problems, how do I change for another hdd I have to install Hen as if it were the first time or there is another method .

Usually you would do a backup of your hdd on external then do the swap. It will ask you for your firmware pup. If you restore I think everything is still there. You can always put the old one back at a later time so no worries.
