I installed a game on pkg ps3 but when i try to load I get need to renew lisence on playstation store. The ps3 is running on hen and is super slim CECH 4291C. I am wondering if I can do this without going online.

You either need to install a crack .pkg or use a .rap file and ReactPSN

never install a game fix or crack or every singe update will need a fix and crack as well. those things can be Gigabytes, when a rap is only 16 bytes. get the rap or create it yourself with the correct key.
