Alright, is it safe to run sysMMC online if I haven't ran homebrew on that or does the fact I've run homebrew on emuMMC put me at risk of me being banned when online on sysMMC?

If you haven't gone online with CFW or homebrew or don't plan to do so, its safe to go online with either sysMMC or emuMMC.

If you mean go online with emuMMC, then no because you already ran homebrew on your emuMMC so it would be a risk to go online with that. If you mean go online with sysMMC, then whatever you do in emuMMC is irrelevant as long as you don't go online with it as well as sysMMC.

Going online with a clean sysMMC is pretty safe these days. As long as you use an emuMMC.

Well since it says Atmosphere on the top, I assume it is launching Atmosphere which is a CFW and going online after using any CFW/homebrew puts you at risk for getting banned so I would say the answer to your original question is no.

Hey guys I can no longer get any downloads to work in tinfoil. I click on a game the download box comes up then it stops. I go to quede and it says failed. I set the time and it still won't let me download anything. I was able to before . Never changed anything

The quoted post is my only question. It's safe to run legit games, with ingonito off and play online using atmosphere and only that? No installed nsp/xci, no homebrew installed, only a atmos on sysnand.
I see a bunch os mislead information even in forums like gbatemp

There is in fact a risk, but none say it's relatively safe. How many in fact you (and any other that says the same) know if someone got banned only by using atmos the cleanest way as possible and going online?
The way people spread information here about using CFW and playing online is like you gonna be banned someday, that its trackable and these stuff, but I seen few that uses atmos that go online and nothing...

Well, that was my question too. I'm using that on Nintendo Official Firmware (SysNAND) to lower my risks.

Right now i'm using a switch with atmosphere cfw on it and yesterday I was able to access the homebrew loader but now when I try and access it my switch it tells me the software closed because an error occured. This started after I put the sonic 1 2 and cd decomps aswell as sonic 3 air on my sd card

Tried that and it gives me error still and when I open up the album it gives me a error screen and makes me reboot my switch

I found the issue it was some dumb mistake on my behalf. Thank you though
