You could always use applet mode to launch any installer to install this forwarder (or any other forwarder):
https://gbatemp.net/threads/hbmenu-forwarder.550094/
Then use the hbmenu forwarder on your homescreen to have full ram access. This however gets you banned if you're connecting to Nintendo servers.

Most installers should run fine in applet mode though. So use any of them to install your game updates for BotW and so on.
This is (one of the) best one(s) imho:

First, you should update your games. You can do this by installing the update NSP files manually using your favorite NSP installer, or you can use a Tinfoil shop to automatically download and install missing updates directly from your Switch. The latter, once it is setup, is the easiest way.

Second, applet mode works just fine for most things. If you have something that needs title override, use a game that works.

The Tinfoil installer might be, but Tinfoil itself is not a homebrew application. It's a standalone title that will be installed to your home menu.

Instead, I recommend installing JITS or UnderShop. These are two popular Tinfoil shops.

i dont understand this step.
Load the NRO in the Homebrew Launcher
Load the Homebrew Launcher by opening the photo album, or by holding R while opening a game that works. In the Homebrew Launcher, open the Tinfoil installer and install Tinfoil. After that, you should have Tinfoil as an application on your home menu.

I have everything from https://www.sdsetup.com/
does system menu version mean system version? if so then its 11.0.1
I dont have any working game , all of them are on cartridges without update
Look on YouTube for
"How to install Tinfoil Nintendo Switch FreeShop on Atmosphere (HBG Shop Alternative)" (or any other video) and that should help.
Before you should uninstall that black failed Tinfoil from your homescreen again by pressing PLUS on it, go to data management and delete it. If that doesn't work, go to system settings, data management and delete it from there.
