Hacking ROM Hack Applet mode tinfoil

So i have downloaded tinfoil (applet mode version) because its the only version where won't come "could not start the software" aswell i have the new freeshop and so but can somebody help me the problem is i wanna install a game i take terraria as an example i download it from there when its downloaded i close the game i was in because of tinfoil and then nothings there i tried to restart my switch but nothing anybody help me please
