Hacking How to run plugins on 11.14 using luma?

As NTR CFW doesn't work anymore on 11.14, i am trying to find out how I can run plugins with luma?

I don't know how to change formats. someone posted how to do it, but I don't know where that post is.

If you upgrade to the latest BootNTR and use the Nanquitas Luma build above your old .plg plugins should work again.
