ROM Hack Question Checkpoint : restoration not working after full reinstall

Hello,

I have a checkpoint save game for diablo 3 game, i'm trying to restore : no issue on checkpoint homebrew but it's not working wen i launch game

Important information : i erase all data on my switch. My switch was before on SxOS 3.1 (Hos 10.0.0) with a Nintendo account (before my ban) and now i'm using Atmosphere 16 (HOS 10.0.1) with a new account (no possibility to link a Nintendo account due of a banned console).
My Diablo 3 contains a season character what was not accessible since the ban

How can i solve my issue ? Is there any possibilities to merge by example a new save with this old one ?

Not all games allow cloud back up, in those cases use jksv

Try: Within checkpoint, press R2 and select your user profile. Then do the restores

When I restored saves without this step, and t didn't work
