You would have everything when you took the backup
Wow this so much reminds me of Xbox-Scene back in the 2000s. Anyway i have a day 1 release switch (Back in 2017) its been sat in a box and gathered dust as i was waiting for Homebrew scene to develop (I have a 2nd Switch for normal use)
Question i have is :-
Is there s Firmware Replacement that allows me not have to use the RCM jig every time and so that i can just boot direct into, that allows homebrew and i can backup my current collection of games with.
More intrested in the emulation side my self, but being able to dump some of my own games saves me having to carry around the little games and loose the buggers.
ExactlyAssuming you are asking something close to a cold boot, you need a unpatched unit that is hard modded with a modchip along with autoboot so that you can boot into CFW with one button press.
This is a bummer question. I've prepared the SD and booted into the emuMMC with Atmosphere. Now I need to run the homebrew menu to install games via Goldleaf. But Homebrew menu runs on Applet Mode which does not allow enough ram to run Goldleaf when accessed via Album.
Everyone would say "Use an existing game with R button to access homebrew with enough ram." Yes but since I cannot run Goldleaf to install my FIRST GAME there is no game installed game to use "R button with". Stuck for good then?
Hours of search in the forum and couldn't find a solution to this. Please can someone tell me how to run HB Menu with no titles installed? (If there's any) as I do not have any original games yet.
Many thanks.
I just updated to Atmosphere 16.1. I updated sigpatches and fusse primary as well of course.
Goldleaf is now broken and I cannot launch any games. When I try to launch goldleaf it takes me right back to the homebrew menu. When I launch a game it gives me a black screen that requires me to hard reset the console.
No idea what to do.
You just saved a total noob from a total nervous breakdown. Thank you kindly! You need the recompile version of goldleaf, for firmware 11.0.0 any homebrew that use usb:ds needs to be recompiled.
You just saved a total noob from a total nervous breakdown. Thank you kindly!
So I guess I should be on the lookout for a new Goldleaf release whenever there's an Atmosphere or OFW update?
Is there a way to stop the 'Please link to a Nintendo Account' message that pops up when launching games??
That what the es patches suppose to do though, it doesn't nag you about unless it is a game require online service to play.
Yeah its on Minecraft its doing it, so there no way to stop if from happening??
Well that explain it, the patches doesn't stop the message about linking an account, just allow you to run the game that you obtain in NSP format.
Ah so the pop up cant be hidden?, thats a shame
oh ok but its better than a non working switch
Its in override_config.ini
my fuses are 1Okay so a few things (I forget what you were trying to do)
1) What format is your sd card?
2) What firmware are you currently on?
3) What firmware are you trying to go to?
4) How many fuses do you have burnt? (Check with hekate)
