Hacking Is it possible to use key combinations for using save states fast?

I currently don't seem to be able to use anything more than single inputs (like Up, or Square). I am using the right stick but I flick it on accident sometimes so I'd prefer something like Down button + Start to save, and Up Button + Start to load.

Is there a way to do this?
