If you didn't install NSP on official NAND so you should be safe - not banned and Atmosphere has protection against telemetry and error reports from send to Nintendo. Do everything with emuMMC is safe as long as you don't go online.

Hey hi i'm gonna bounce on your quote for asking a related question but "doing everything in the emunand is safe as long as you don't go online" it is true we can play our legits games on the emunand and edit the saves/modding the game ? I'm thinking about super smash bros ultimate, pokemon shield and taiko no tatsujin I own and I want to get the dlcs/modding on my emunand but of course I don't want anything of this to touch my sysnand real save/content

I have hide my prodinfo with incognito, my lan adapter is set up to 90dns in case I connect my switch by accident on the dock with the lan adapter on + wifi is deleted + I have airplane mode. Even if I download nsp I should be safe ?

Yes, install NSP in emunand only and you don't want to leave any trace if installed in sysnand unless you willing to restore the NAND backup.

If i'm on emunand and i'm using awooo installer for backup games, when they ask me if I want to install it on "sd card" or "system memory", it's the same ? It would be installed on the sdcard on the emunand folder anyway? Not gonna touch the legit folder of nintendo or my sysnand ?

No... I referred Switch's NAND as sysnand and under any circumstance, ALL NSP need to be installed in SD card.

System memory is same as Switch's NAND and sysnand - don't touch this.

I don't want to give false information and i'm not sure but I think there is a risk because you have the cloud save sharing feature

It is guaranteed ban if you used Super Smash save that isn't originally created in sysnand or under specific Nintendo account so I got banned from Super Smash as well so it was only one game that I got banned.

Whatever you do while Incognito/Stealth mode is active is irrelevant as these tools simulate a ban. What only matters is if you go online without protection or a clean NAND as that can get you banned.

You cannot play online with an XCI since September 2019. You will need a original copy.

Nintendo changed it's game card firmware and the system can now detect wether you have a real game card inside or not - if not it freezes when you try to enter any online-mode.

I'm sure I have been banned but i'm worried it's my account so are banned or just console.
Here it's error Code: 2124-4508 and message "The use of online services on this console is currently restricted by Nintendo"
What does it mean? It's it only console so are banned or it's my account banned?
