It’s the star screws I tried doing it with a knife but it didn’t work any recommendations?

I assume yoou either want to see the insides of the disk, or try to salvage it.
If trying to salvage it from a clicky usage, unless you have another identical HDD to act as a transplant donor, you will not get far.

If you want to see how a disk is, use a small plier and destroy the screw. Or buy a small torx screw driver. For a dollar, you'll get one.

Can you maybe see if you get the same HDD again ?
You maybe only need to replace the Controller Circuit Board.
If it is about the Data you want to save.

If not,of course,please feel free to continue with @eyeliner ´s Recommendation.:)

I just want to switch the HDD I can’t seem to take it out without unscrewing it I’m not trying to dissemble it

You don't need to remove the screws from the hard drive itself to take a hard drive out of a computer, are you sure there aren't any other screws around it? Could you attach a photo of it?
