Hello everyone. Years ago I followed with care the 3ds.hacks.guide to put Luma on my device.
Lately I decided it was time to update my SD, and the hack itself.
So I went on 3ds.hacks.guide back again, and decided to follow the "updating-b9s" section.
Everything is working fine, all my apps are up to date, but I have questions:

- System Update installs title "0004800F484E4841" on my New3DS. Internet says it's the DS White List. It's shown as "0004800F484E4841" in FBI. If I delete it, I got an update prompt while visiting the Eshop, and it reinstalls. Is it normal behaviour and all good ? (I followed Sthetix guide to NDS forwarders, wonder if its related?)

- Visiting Eshop adds, at launch, Unused Tickets to FBI, if I delete em, visiting the Eshop add em back again. It's tickets from legit games I installed years ago.
Is there a way to delete those olds tickets without Eshop re-downloading em ?

And also, is it bad to have old entry points? I still have the Steelhax files on my SD, a version of FBI disguised in "Health and Safety" exclamation mark (along the recent one I got following "updating-b9s" section) , and a Japanese title named "simple" installed the first time I hacked my 3DS.

Should I clean any of this off or just leave it there ?!
Thanks for any help! :)

  • Yep. It's normal and isn't necessary to remove that whitelist never more (because Luma itself patches the DS card whitelist by default).
  • Just open FBI, then enter to Ticket option, select any ticket from the list (pressing A button) and choose the "Delete unused tickets" option (only that option). Anyway, each time you visit the eShop those unused tickets appear again (there's no problem with that, though).
  • It's always better to remove those entrypoints (they aren't needed anymore, and aren't usable indeed). Then, just uninstall the related title and delete the related files.
