Hacking Arm11 Error

My friends 3DS (New) has suddenly developed an arm11 error when booting with or without the sd in. I was going to completely wipe it and start again but would prefer to try and recover it to keep his kids saves etc.

Any ideas on a fix? Tried updating to latest Luma and B9S.

Put an image (or text) showing the specific error code generated by your console

PS: Can you normally enter to Luma's config menu, GodMode9 and the 3DS Safe Mode on boot?

What's the error's exact readout for these lines?

• Processor
• Exception type
• Fault status
• Current process

Yes i can enter Chainloader menu, godmode9 etc.

MATE.

It booted after renaming the data folder (Gamecoin brick) how does this usually happen? Will continue the other steps to try and recover his data file.
