Homebrew Locked 3DS for missing files

Hello, about half a year ago or more, I had a normal 3DS, and I decided to unlock it (I didn't unlocked it by myself, I asked an expert to do it). Everything worked perfectly fine. To import games, I took out the SD from the 3DS and then back again. But once, I put the incorrect SD card that looked similar, the 3DS threw an error and didn´t find the necessary files. This had happened to me a couple of times, but this time I accidentally pressed a button and the current SD card (the incorrect one) now was the default one. I didn't have the needed patches/files to run the 3DS so it got kind of useless (showing an error screen in a console).

An error has occurred:
Failed to apply 1 FIRM patch(es).
Press any button to shutdown​

So I was wondering if I could get back my 3DS with the hack or without it, if anyone could help I appreciate it. Thanks

That error message is because you are using a very old version of Luma CFW (not compatible with the actual firmware version that your console has). I recommend to do this tutorial (again):
