This is an amazing app!
Thanks for making it!

I have a question, if someone has a controller which ID isn't whitelisted, how would one go about getting said ID so it can be implemented into the app later on?

Probably unlikely, but I would love a Network Client like on Wii U where you can use controllers attached to your PC on the Switch.

I want to try ps3 controller by adding switch Bluetooth mac as master to ps3 controller, but I don't know the switch Bluetooth mac address, anyone know how to get it? Switchident is outdated, can't navigate in the app because of old <9.00 controls.

Possible, yes. However it's unlikely to happen anytime soon if at all as it will likely require a full reverse engineering and reimplementation of the bluetooth module. Either way, it's not a feature that I plan to add to MissionControl. This is strictly for hid devices.
Also implementing one of bluetooth audio protocoles like A2DP, which will be little annoying. :P

Since this supports Nintendo Wii Remote can it be setup on SXOS for use with Switch version of Mario Kart 8?

Clear your pairing database in the settings menu, attempt to pair the controller, use btdb.nro provided with the release to dump the bluetooth database, create a github issue with a screenshot of the database. I will try to make sense of it and add it for the next release.
I'm starting to get the feeling that some of these cheap knockoffs might be using random IDs though, so might need to come up with a better solution for dealing with them.

It's something I could consider in the future. Not high priority though. You can already do pc controller -> switch with hid-mitm

I can update btdb.nro to also print the host address if you want

Haha yeah, I was trying to avoid writing a short novel outlining all the issues with adding bluetooth audio

Then atmosphere, although I thought there was some discussion on how to make it work with SXOS.
Nope. It was just "someone will made it" and noone actually doing it. :D

The only way is to rewrite it in a way that will be Independent from Atmosphere-libs.

Maybe someday someone rewrite it or cathery from sys-con uses this and allows Bluetooth.

Do you have a link to any further info? Try and pair it and then dump your bluetooth database with btdb.nro provided with the release.
