Hacking I/O Error during verification phase of burning

Hi, I have received an issue burning two xbox 360 games to my DL disc. This happened for both The Lego Movie Video Game and CoD: BO3 during the verification phase. Anyone to tell my if these games will still work in my console and why it failed, that would be great.

Yes, other XGD3 games have worked and I have enabled the burnermax payload for both of the disc.

maybe don't verify. verification is worthless, because the disc is wasted then.

I don't think the verification in imgburn means anything aside from the image not being the same as what's burned to the disc. I don't know if you could be banned. however, I don't think microsoft does ban waves anymore with the 360. I've never known them to ban individually either, so you're most likely okay.

@DinohScene or @brickmii82 may know more. I don't know what could be wrong if other games went through, but verifying imo seems like a waste of time as the disc is burned.

You can try to run a kprobe test on it, verifying it on ABGX might come back all green or fail.

I'd personally reboot the pc and try burning it again with as little background services and tasks running as possible.
barebones Windows and IMGburn.

Yee, i get "Stealth was verified but game data wasn't" by checking in abgx. It goes to about 49% before this error s displayed. , how would i fix this since i cant write the the disc anymore?

sounds like corrupted data. that error won't occur if you haven't verified the game itself with security patches. imgburn has nothing to do with it afaik. that burning payload may do something, but if it's erroring at that point, it sounds like something with the layer break. remember: xgd2 and xgd3 don't share the same layer break.

Check the ISO with ABGX.
if it displays the very same error but doesn't start auto-fix then I'd suggest dumping or obtaining a new copy.

ABGX seemed to run the isos through just fine, but after I burned to a disc it wasn't able to verify that game works. The layer break was set the "Calculate Optimal" making me think that it would get the layer break listed in the .dvd file.

Edit: Just checked BO3 iso with abgx and it worked fine

Another question, is it possible to change the language of a burnt game without using another disc? As the bo3 version that i have is region free but in spanish.

in game settings? I dunno, but tampering with a disc will make it unbootable unless using a jtag/rgh.

I read that bo2 cant change language settings in game, what software would i need to use if change was possible

status update: i borrowed my friends bo2 disc, cause my backup was in spanish and ripped it to a blank, and i get the same error writing bo2 with both x2.4 and x4 writing speeds both failing with the same error. keep ni mind that i had previous success with bo2 as i burnt a copy in spanish

I always check the iso with abxg before i burn discs, i figured itd be a drive problem so i ordered another andll test it then.

I can't recall the name of the app, but it won't work for you even if I did. I don't know if it can change language, but it can change region. that's not the hard part. the security sectors will either be damaged or can't be reapplied to a custom iso.
