hello so i bought and hacked 2dsxl. And i wanted to download pokemon bank. I tried download from store didnt work. I tried cia file from internet. It said that i need update. Please heelp

What does it say when you try to download from the eShop? What system version are you on?
I take it you know that pokemon bank costs money to use?

What did the eshop download say exactly when you tried to download the file?

Did you first have "linked" the Nintendo Network ID ?

The "non eShop" Version says it needs an Update and then you can choose between

"Y" Update
That brings up the
Error-Code : 005-2008

or

confirm in the eShop:
That brings up the
Error-Code 007-2920

Those are likely the errors to get. But its just that op hasnt said which yet. It maybe something else we dont know about.

May I ask please can it also be,if no Pokemon X/Y is installed,the Update is not working ?
